I had just been through kidney transplant and I had to visit the dealership 9 days later to get info.Did I call first? You bet I did... response was we'll call you back...No Return Call!So I visited in person....I would still recommend these guys in a heartbeat, very friendly and willing to accommodate me at almost every turn. Purple Jeep ManHunt I came to Georgia Chrysler looking to purchase my first new vehicle. I had a very specific vehicle in mind that I knew would be hard to find. As I was I came to Georgia Chrysler looking to purchase my first new vehicle. I had a very specific vehicle in mind that I knew would be hard to find. As I was looking on the lot, Mike approached me and as I explained I wanted to test drive a new Jeep, he didn’t hesitate. We rode for a few miles explaining to me all the new features the Jeep’s came with. After the test drive, he asked me what I was looking for and as I explained “An 18’, single cab, metallic purple with color matching shell... I could tell it was gonna be a challenge. It’s not everyday you get asked go hunt down something so specific. As soon as I left, he began the hunt. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for from another dealer but just our luck, it was sold the same day. Once again, the hunt was on. A few days later he found another one and luckily, it was waiting to come from the factory. The initial wait time was supposed to be about a month. I don’t know how he did it but he had it hear within two weeks. Dealing with Mike during my first experience purchasing a new vehicle was a pleasure. I would gladly do business with him again because your best interest is what he strives to meet! I would recommend him for the first time buyer or the experienced buyer! More
