Ah, that old "What was this story about again?" feeling.

Welcome back!

Yeah, i can understand Belladonna's rage, out of all humans resurrected it's freakin' Yura...though sadly she's wrong about him being responsible for the failure of project gestalt, since it was ultimately a replicant who wanted to save his daughter/sister who killed his gestalt.

It will be interesting to see what the Turians and YORHA will think of this, having to fight the ghost of a genocidal human...

And regarding reincarnation, yeah, if the protagonists ever go to the moon server to meet up with 10H a lot of interesting things might happen, to say the least.

Welcome back. I'd legitimately thought that this story was dead. Glad to see that this isn't the case.

... Holy sh*t, it's been so long that I might have to re-read the story, because I forgot what it was about.

Welp, time to rerererererereread this masterpiece that makes me tear up everytime. Seriouspy, the "its like they seek the approval of ghosts" gets me everytime.

Any decent human (cept yura) would probably say the Androids have more than earned their inheritance of humanity's mantle, such as it is.

Indeed, they definitely deserve to inherit the future To Inherit the Future [Mass Effect/Nier: Automata Crossover/Fusion] SPOILERS! (6)

Found and read this today, im not sure if i will stick around.
Im not a fan of the latest arc. I think some cool down was needed before another high stakes situation.

At last... I finished this.

I am really happy to see this story continues. I only played NieR: Automata so many of details in this chapter goes over my head but I get general gist and emotional baggage is well represented even without context.

"it was what Cerberus made some of the first models for before everything fell apart."

Let me guess this models leter turn the gains against Cerberus. It is constant of ME after all, every single Cerberus project blow in they face in one way or another.

I mean, I sort of dropped blink-and-you-miss it hint that Tyrann also used the identity of Kai Leng at one point (and the canonical Nier-side story here is that he went rogue, started doing weird black ops stuff and tried to steal advanced/magical weapons in order to sell them to interested buyers during the middle of the Legion Wars).

So yeah, probably another 'great plan' they had back then that didn't quite pan out like they wanted it too.

The server on the moon serves as the purpose for finding the timeline where humanity can be saved from extinction but not resurrecting humanity (it has passed the point of no return). The implications of the server capable of observing multiple timelines from other universes as well time travelling and multiversal travel will not be lost on the Citadel council if the info is leaked outside. What do you guys think the council will do if they find out about this ?

I imagine they'll be shocked, thinking humanity were even more advanced than the proteans, and open up the asari stache of 5000 year old wine to stem the headache from all the eldritch shenanigans.

I am also kind of curious about what the administrators must be thinking when looking at this particular timeline with all of this going down

For your question specifically: Nothing, as that all post-dates this story's creation (or at least, its translation to English does).
For others in this thread with similar presumptions: Perhaps we should wait for such things to actually show up in the story or let Kronecker spoil their own story before jumping to "this new piece of media now retcons the Author's story, irrespective of the Author's plans or opinions on the matter". Or at least not phrase your questions in such a manner. This would retcon the actual events at the Moonbase, unless the server was wiped of all relevant info and as such no one we follow in universe would know in the first place and thus make the questions moot.

Enemy of all Mankind. Fitting.

It's funny, I'd been re-reading this from the start just because I love the story and then when I'm nearing the end it actually got updated.

I'm here for the volus and asari maidens going mad with inspiration when they realize people alive now have documented thousands of years tragedies and platonic romances to be written.
