A participating retailer is any Bottlemart, Bottlemart Express (excluding QLD), SipNSave, Route 66 (WA only) and Harry Browns retailer that displaysadvertising material for this promotion in Australia (Participating Retailer).
To enter, each Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) spend $30 or more in a single transaction on any Wild Turkey or American Honey product at Participating Stores nationally during the PromotionalPeriod (Qualifying Transaction). To be eligible to enter into the Bonus Draw (defined below), entrants must also be current Harley Owners GroupMembers; and then
(b) scan the QR code available in store or visit www,bottlemart.com.au or www.sipnsave.com.au or www.harrybrown.com.au or www.wa.thirstycamel.com.au/, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including first and last name, postaladdress, postcode, mobile number, their Harley Owners Group Membership number (if they are a member), upload a copy of the receipt and submit thefully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
Entrants who are Harley Owners Group Members will automatically receive one (1) bonus entry into the Bonus Draw upon submission of their entry intothe Major Draw.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted into the Major Draw per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the amount spent on Wild Turkey or American Honey inexcess of $30 in that transaction;
(b) for Harley Owners Group Members, only one (1) entry into the Bonus Draw per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the amount spent on Wild Turkeyor American Honey in excess of $30 in that transaction;
(c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
(d) only two (2) entry submissions permitted per person per day for NSW residents.
There will be one (1) Major Draw for all entries received during the Promotional Period and one (1) Bonus Draw for entrants who are Harley OwnersGroup Members. For clarity, entrants who are Harley Owners Group Members will be entered into both the Major Draw and Bonus Draw. Entries
close for both draws on 07/12/2022 at 11:59pm AEDST. The draws will take place at 5/210 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 at 14/12/2022 at 2:00pmAEDST in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an
invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The first valid entry randomly drawn from the Major Draw will win a Harley Davidson Low Rider S Motorcycle in Vivid Black (Motorcycle). Total prizevalue is up to $30,750 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State byState). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The winner must collect the prizefrom their nearest authorised Harley Davidson dealership.
If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the motorcycle in their own name, then the winner may assign themotorcycle to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes noresponsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of allrequired documentation as required by the Promoter before the motorcycle is awarded.
The next ten (10) entries drawn from the Major Draw will each win a $500 Harley Davidson voucher.
The first fifteen (15) valid entries drawn from the Bonus Draw will each win a Wild Turkey prize pack valued at $363, including:
2 x Wild Turkey branded whiskey glasses (valued at $70 RRP);
